1. All deliveries are insured. We take full responsibility for the safety of your luxury items during transit.

2. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

3. We require signatures upon delivery. This ensures that your item reaches you securely.

4. If you need to change your delivery date or address, please inform us 48 hours in advance.

5. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Any customs fees or duties for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. In case of damage during delivery, report the issue within 24 hours to qualify for a claim.

8. Our services are available only to individuals 18 years or older.
